Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Digital Products Only

Prachand Defence Academy provides digital services only — online test series, study material, leaderboards, and one-on-one expert sessions. We do not ship any physical goods. Accordingly, no physical shipping, courier, or postal delivery is involved.

2. Delivery of Access

• On successful payment, access to the purchased subscription or membership is activated immediately and automatically on your account.
• You can use the purchased content right away by logging in and visiting the Tests, Dashboard, or Membership sections.
• A payment confirmation is shown on screen and reflected in your account’s membership/access area.

3. Expert Interview Sessions

For the Membership plan, the included one-on-one expert interview session is scheduled after you submit a request from your Membership page. Our team confirms a date, time, and meeting link, which appear on your Membership page and may also be sent to your registered email.

4. Delivery Issues

If access is not activated within a few minutes of a successful payment, please refresh the page or re-login. If the issue persists, contact [email protected] with your order/transaction ID and we will resolve it promptly.
