Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Overview

Prachand Defence Academy (“we”, “us”, “the Academy”) sells digital subscriptions and memberships that grant access to online test series, study content, and expert sessions. Because these are digital services delivered instantly on successful payment, the cancellation and refund terms below apply.

2. Subscriptions (Stream Plans)

• Monthly (₹299) and yearly (₹2,999) stream subscriptions unlock a chosen stream for the stated duration.
• You may cancel a subscription at any time from your account; cancellation stops future renewals but access remains until the current paid period expires.
• As access is granted immediately upon payment, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the content has been accessed.

3. Membership

The Membership plan (₹4,999 for 3 months) includes all-stream access plus one one-on-one expert interview session. If the included expert session has not yet been booked or delivered, you may request a partial refund for the session component within the eligibility window below.

4. Refund Eligibility

• Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of the transaction.
• Refunds are considered where there has been a duplicate charge, a failed/incomplete delivery of the purchased service, or a verified technical issue preventing access that we could not resolve.
• Refunds are not provided for change of mind after content has been substantially accessed, or after an included expert session has been delivered.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] with your registered email, transaction/order ID, and the reason for the request. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Any applicable payment-gateway charges may be deducted.
